Using the Best Tools for the Job
by Angie Dubis March 27, 2012A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of joining BIOTONE at the New England Regional Conference in Framingham, Massachusetts. What a great show! It's always so much fun to talk shop with the attendees at conferences such as NERC. Often the therapists who visit the BIOTONE booth have a "favorite" product and know exactly what they want.
What leap will you take this year with your business?
by Jean Shea February 28, 2012Did you know that the leap year custom of women asking men to marry them goes back to 1288? I don’t know why the addition of one extra day in the year emboldened women to take the upper hand regarding matrimony, but that’s the tradition or so it was.
Old habits die hard and that’s a good thing
by Jean Shea November 22, 2011I happened to catch one of episodes of Frasier the other night. That’s not hard to do considering how much they rerun the old sitcoms. Frasier was always a favorite of mine because the characters were kooky and the writing was very clever. AMTA or Bust!
by Angie Dubis October 4, 2011In a few weeks hundreds of massage therapists will flock to Portland, Oregon for this year’s American Massage Therapy Association’s (AMTA) National Convention. I am so excited to be joining BIOTONE at the convention where participants will have more options than they have time.
Get behind a fund raising event and inspire others to join you
by Jean Shea September 27, 2011October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. For many years, BIOTONE has actively supported efforts to find a cure for this devastating disease. We’ve sponsored important research about the value of massage in boosting the immune system to fight cancer cells and raised money through annual sales promotions to support Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
Take your marketing online as we head into the holiday season
by Jean Shea September 14, 2011In about a month the holidays will be upon on. Not literally, of course, but from a marketing standpoint, they will. As soon as the Halloween candy begins to appear on store shelves, promotions for Thanksgiving and Christmas soon will follow. So it’s definitely not too early to think about what you can do to boost your visibility during this period.
