Absolutely love this product. I use it on my young ballerinas feet and calves post dance workout. She says it greatly relieves any pain or fatigue and feels great. Also, I use it on my wifes upper back and neck when she is having a migraine. Polar Lotion helps her relax, fall asleep and feel much better once her migraine has "broken up." A wonderful product that I highly recommend!
