Returns will not be accepted without pre-authorization. We will accept returns 30 days from the purchase date. All accessory and sales tools, including music, videos, DVDs, sheets, face cradle covers and marketing materials are non-refundable.

Opened products are returnable only if defective and will be exchanged for the same item. Acceptance of returns after 30 days is at the discretion of BIOTONE. Shipping/Handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipments are at the sole expense and risk of the Buyer. Returned items should be securely packaged to reach BIOTONE without damage.
